Scholle and IPN join forces
Scholle Corporation and Innovative Packaging Network (IPN), both global leaders in performance packaging solutions, jointly announce that they have agreed to combine their businesses to form a new diverse performance packaging company, employing over 2,000 people globally.
IPN is known for the innovative design and high-quality manufacture of packaging solutions entailing various types of flexible packaging components including connectors, spouts, and pumps for pouches and bag-in-box systems. IPN has been successful in developing and supplying a novel range of packaging products for the infant formula sector.
